Job Title Site Supervisor – Project & Development Services (Jakarta) Job Description Summary Support the successful delivery of ongoing projects across Indonesia. This site-based role will provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of construction activities, working closely with Project Managers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved project requirements. The role is suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong site coordination capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and project documentation.

About the Role: Provide day-to-day site supervision and coordination of ongoing project activities, monitoring construction progress and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks , identifying construction issues, defects, discrepancies, and potential risks, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely resolution and corrective actions. Monitor contractors and vendors on-site, including work progress, workmanship, site readiness, safety practices, and compliance with project requirements , escalating significant issues to the Project Manager as required. Support the project team with site meetings, progress tracking, inspections, testing and commissioning, handover, defect management, and project close-out activities throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting , including daily or weekly progress updates, inspection records, photographs, issue trackers, and other project records, while communicating effectively with Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical discipline. Previous experience in construction site supervision, project coordination, fit-out, building construction, engineering, or related project delivery roles , with practical exposure to managing contractors and site activities. Good understanding of construction methods, drawings and specifications, quality control, site safety, inspection processes, and project execution , with MEP coordination knowledge considered advantageous. Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills and the ability to identify site issues and follow through with contractors and project teams until resolution. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia , with working English proficiency and the flexibility to work on-site and travel to project locations as required. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
