Job Summary
Monitor he inventory and flow of materials and products within the organization, ensuring that there is sufficient stock of materials and products to meet production and customer demand. Monitor inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Monitor the flow of inventory, materials, and finished products to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demand. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform transactions within inventory management systems. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy. Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. Prepare and stage outgoing materials and products for shipment according to established procedures. Support warehouse organization, material handling, and inventory control best practices. Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while performing daily responsibilities. What Makes You the Right Fit High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field. Ability to accurately track, record, and reconcile inventory transactions. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to obtain certification. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with safety guidelines. How Would You Stand Out? Experience in a manufacturing, food ingredient, or chemical production environment. Forklift certification and material handling experience. Knowledge of inventory control methodologies, cycle counting, and continuous improvement practices. Why Choose Us?
