About this role
Amazon Brazil is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Senior Instock Manager who thrives on solving complex problems. In this role you will own the development and execution of a country-level inventory-sharing program for Retail across multiple product categories, enabling us to better serve Brazilian customers with broader selection at competitive prices. Successful candidates prioritize effectively, communicate with clarity, and bring a consistent track record of delivery. You are a self-starter with the ability to dive deep, strong data and analytical skills, and experience operating in cross-functional environments. As a core member of Amazon's Cross-Border inventory-sharing operation you will drive data-driven process improvements, build scalable automation, and serve as the local program manager for global inventory management initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with global and local Product/Program Managers, Retail Vendor and Instock Managers, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams. Key job responsibilities - Own inventory performance metrics for the program, influencing country-level demand planning, ordering, and capacity management. - Own the relationship with Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to effectively operationalize inventory management and reduce cost to serve. - Operate as the end-to-end Program Manager for Brazil across Retail and partner stakeholders. - Create scalable systems and develop automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency. - Track key customer experience metrics — including selection availability and pricing — and drive improvements by building actionable, measurable plans. - Work with leadership on project selection, scoping, and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
