Responsibilities: - Build and optimize an hourly-level monitoring system for 3PL production performance, enabling real-time visibility of operational progress and rapid identification of risks and bottlenecks across FCs. - Develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks (e.g., Missing, Damage, Wrong orders), perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience. - Leverage historical data to identify network-level risks and develop readiness plans for peak seasons (e.g., BFCM), ensuring SLA achievement. - Participate in SOP design for new processes and system launches, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities across FCs. - Support the development of the Control Tower system by designing proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, and SLA dimensions. - Provide daily/weekly reporting and data insights for regional operations, including daily standups and exception reporting.
