Job Description
ServiceNow’s GTM organization is the commercial engine that brings the platform’s transformative capabilities to enterprises worldwide. Spanning global sales, solution consulting, customer success and engagement, partner ecosystems, CRM, industry verticals, and commercial segments across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, the GTM organization represents one of the largest and most strategically consequential people populations in the company. We are seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic people leader for this entire GTM ecosystem. This is not a traditional HRBP role. This leader will architect the talent and organizational strategy that powers ServiceNow’s next phase of hyper-growth—one defined by AI-native selling motions, agentic workforce models, and a fundamental reimagination of how commercial teams create customer value. The role will lead a globally distributed HRBP organization and partner shoulder-to-shoulder with the President of GTM and the full GTM executive leadership team to translate commercial ambition into workforce reality. Why This Role Matters Now ServiceNow is at a defining inflection point. As the company transforms into an AI-native enterprise —rebuilding organizational structures and workflows with intelligence and adaptability at the center—the GTM organization must evolve in lockstep. The VP will be instrumental in: • Scaling a world-class commercial workforce across rapidly expanding market segments, including enterprise, commercial, and public sector. • Designing organizational structures that match strategic intent—ensuring teams reflect where the business is going, not where it has been. • Building AI-native talent strategies that reimagine how sellers, consultants, and customer success professionals work alongside intelligent agents. • Driving a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, coaching, continuous development, and customer obsession. • Navigating the complexity of a global GTM operation spanning 30+ countries, multiple routes to market, and a rapidly evolving partner ecosystem.

Demonstrated success managing and developing senior HR leaders. You speak the language of the business, not just the language of HR. Global Leadership Proven ability to lead HR teams across multiple regions, balancing global consistency with local market nuance. Experience spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APJ is strongly preferred. Organizational Design Track record of designing organizations for strategic execution—not inherited structures. Experience leading large-scale restructuring, workforce planning, and operating model transformation.
