Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join the Prisma AIRS Go-To-Market organization. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and advanced analytical models across the Go-To-Market teams. Drive the health of the business through day-to-day management of sales performance metrics, predictive pipeline modeling, data-driven forecasting, and deep-dive analytics. We’re looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient and excels in toggling between critical thinking and detailed execution. You will be responsible for building relationships with internal key stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Legal, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Management).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner with Finance, Strategy, Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, InfoSec, Product Management, and other resources to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities Lead end-to-end pipeline management from initial lead activity through closure Partner with Sales leadership to deliver advanced data visualizations, identify revenue trends, and build predictive models that highlight new growth opportunities. Drive business reviews, weekly sales outlook processes and cadence Align with sellers on quoting and product management Design, document, and deliver enablement on policies for managing account and quota assignment changes Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development
