Capacity Planning Analyst

We are part of the Trust & Safety / Operations team, responsible for ensuring efficient and scalable resource planning across large-scale operations such as content moderation. Our team works closely with global business stakeholders to forecast demand, optimize resource allocation, and drive data-informed decisions that balance business growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities - Support demand forecasting and resource planning for large-scale operations (e.g., content safety/moderation) - Assist in analyzing business trends, operational metrics, and resource utilization to identify optimization opportunities - Help prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support planning decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., regional operations, strategy, and analytics) to gather data and align on requirements - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and scalability - Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the team
