Responsibilities As an Entry Level Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while developing your skills performing:
Routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services Multi-point vehicle inspections Brake inspections and basic brake service Tire installation, balancing, and repairs Battery testing and replacement Vehicle diagnostics using Toyota factory equipment (as training progresses) Maintaining accurate repair documentation Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing service team Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications What We're Looking For
Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a long-term career Previous automotive experience, trade school education, or personal mechanical experience is a plus—but not required Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow repair procedures and safety guidelines Basic computer skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's
