Building Maintenance Tech II - Full Time, Days (Fri/Sat off)

This position typically starts at $22 per hour and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. Independently performs skilled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation work across multiple building trades. Resolves moderately complex equipment and facility issues, documents corrective actions, supports projects and vendors, and provides practical guidance to less-experienced technicians.
