Location: Santa Rosa, CA (100% Onsite) Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week Onsite Contract Role: 6-24 Months; Extension Reviews Every 6 Months Our Talent Acquisition Team is Hiring Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to support our business-critical manufacturing hiring ramp at our Santa Rosa site. This role will play a key part in helping Keysight meet aggressive hiring goals for non-exempt manufacturing and operations talent while supporting high-visibility business initiatives. This position will partner closely with manufacturing leaders, Business HR, Talent Acquisition, local schools, workforce development and veteran organizations, and community partners to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. The successful candidate will leverage both traditional and creative recruiting strategies to identify, engage, assess, and persuade qualified candidates to join Keysight. This is a fully onsite role located at our Santa Rosa corporate headquarters site. Reporting to the Head of Americas Talent Acquisition, this role will: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting a high-priority manufacturing hiring ramp, with an emphasis on non-exempt manufacturing, production, technician, and operations positions at the Santa Rosa site. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent across manufacturing, production, technician, operations, and related talent pools. Execute and improve on talent strategies to identify, engage, and attract candidates more effectively and efficiently. Build compelling candidate engagement strategies that help convince top talent to consider and ultimately join Keysight. Partner closely with hiring managers to improve and accelerate our talent assessment processes. Conduct candidate assessments, phone screens, interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams. Lead and represent Keysight at community recruiting events, job fairs, workforce development initiatives, technical school events, and networking opportunities throughout Sonoma County and surrounding communities. Establish and strengthen relationships with local schools, workforce development agencies, veterans organizations, community partners, and other talent sources to enhance Keysight's talent pipeline and employer brand. Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within iCIMS (ATS) and maintain compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and recruiting processes. Provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition manager and business leaders regarding pipeline health, hiring progress, challenges, and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Requirements BA/BS degree with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, production, technician, logistics, or other non-exempt hiring preferred. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with a proven ability to identify and attract qualified talent. Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools, talent intelligence platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing technologies. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, community organizations, and
