Admissions/Intake Nurse (RN) Position Responsibilities include: Initial triage and medical screening. Assessments for inpatient and outpatient programs. Assess, direct and intervene in crisis situations. Nurse to nurse screenings for patients transferring to our facility. Obtain physician orders, intake calls and pre-certifications. Communicate patient needs to unit nurses, physicians and families.
