Our capabilities cover a full suite of millwrighting services, including installing, setting, aligning, and leveling machinery and equipment, as well as dismantling, refurbishing, reassembling, and moving. Additionally, our expertise covers close tolerance and precision alignment, as well as fabrication, concrete construction, and industrial HVAC solutions. Job Summary The General Superintendent will be responsible for forecasting and dispatching manpower and equipment & tools to ensure all job sites are effectively and efficiently staffed with skilled labor and have the appropriate equipment & tools available to complete requested job scopes.

Provide weekly staffing forecasts to senior management team Responsible for ensuring professional developmental opportunities for all Foremen are identified and addressed Responsible for ensuring professional developmental opportunities for all Project Superintendents are identified and addressed Ensure all job sites are effectively and efficiently staffed Provide guidance with field operations such as critical lifts, permits, as needed Provide additional NCCCO Rigging Training when required Assist HR department with the selection process of field employees when needed Work with Project Superintendents to evaluate and identify developmental opportunities for all field employees
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises Foremen and Project Superintendents. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or seven years related experience and/or training in all aspects of construction oversight including, millwright, pipefitting, welding, civil, rigging, piping, plumbing and HVAC ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
