Position Summary The Sr Lead, Technical Private Destinations role is responsible for working closely with the Director of Technical & Asset Management to oversee and manage construction projects on the Private Destinations. The Sr Lead, Technical Private Destinations will coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong background in construction management and both exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. The nature of this job requires daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to. Coordinate with onsite stakeholders to coordinate construction activities. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans. Provide leadership and direction to onsite construction teams, managing daily operations to ensure smooth project flow. Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays, implementing effective solutions. Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or requests. Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and ensure all work aligns with the project plans and specifications. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and other resources necessary for the project. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and records, and prepare weekly project reports. Ensure compliance of contractors using company accommodations. Monitor arrivals and departure request of all contractors onsite. PM will approve all arrivals to the project site. Collaborate with Director of Island Projects and Innovation throughout the project on various scopes and tasks.
