Solve complex component/system level problems using standard problem-solving techniques

Data driven proactive problem solving, root cause analysis & issue avoidance due to process deviations or critical part quality issues

Establish technical depth to troubleshoot Thermal System/HVAC components/sub-assemblies

Responsible for design intent assembly requirements for Thermal System/HVAC assembly & associated enforcement on the line in close collaboration with cross-functional teams

Support new product launches, execute part concession deviations for E-Motor assembly in the manufacturing plant

Support high volume production ramp activities pertaining to product engineering activities

Advice on build process development and possible improvements for high volume production lines

Close collaboration with supplier facing teams for all off-the shelf thermal system components for issue management & resolution
