Make an Impact The Performance Marketing Strategy Manager will support paid media strategy for Expedia Group’s B2B Supply Marketing business. This role connects business goals to channel planning, strengthens how the team operates , and supports better decisions across planning, performance reviews, budget recommendations, and agency management. You will work across a complex paid media portfolio with channel and performance specialists, internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners. Your judgment, cross-functional partnership, and ability to execute independently will help surface the right work, clarify priorities, and keep the portfolio moving against the most important business needs. In This Role, You Will Support cross-channel paid media planning by translating business goals into actionable priorities, recommendations, and next steps across SEM, paid social, and programmatic. Partner with channel specialists, performance specialists, agencies, vendors, and teams including analytics, finance, creative, and product to support strategic priorities and day-to-day decision-making. Establish and maintain a clear operating rhythm for prioritization, performance reviews, issue triage, escalation, accountability, and follow-through across the paid media portfolio. Drive weekly performance readouts for leadership, translating channel inputs into a clear portfolio narrative that highlights actions, risks, recommendations, and unresolved measurement gaps. Provide budget allocation recommendations and conduct regular budget check-ins to ensure pacing and investment decisions remain aligned to business goals. Improve decision quality by distinguishing verified performance from directional signals, identifying channel mix and experimentation opportunities, and ensuring recommendations are grounded in business relevance and measurement quality. Identify manual, slow, or ambiguous reporting, measurement, and planning workflows and help convert them into more durable, scalable processes. What Success Looks Like Paid media decisions are faster, clearer, and better grounded in evidence. Channel and performance specialists have clear direction on priorities, ownership, and escalation paths. Monthly budgets are managed and monitored with greater rigor across the portfolio. Leadership receives clear weekly performance narratives, budget recommendations, and actionable opportunities. Measurement limitations are surfaced early and handled deliberately. Reporting, prioritization, and escalation cadences are consistent across the portfolio.
