Quality Control Manager, Training and Quality

A Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and controller processes within Finance Operations. Key job responsibilities Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures. Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures. Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues. Establish quality assurance policies and procedures. Lead and train staff on quality standards and best practices. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.
