INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS: Team supports Aon business units across geographies with research, analytics, marketing, proposal support and operational support to client delivery. Its mission is to provide Aon sales, marketing and strategy teams with the information, analysis and insight necessary to make informed decisions across business development, client delivery and strategy GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: Incumbent would be responsible to support onshore design managers to create end client Proposal presentations and also support the Ongoing formatting – formatting of end client proposal documents.

Design and develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive, internal, and stakeholder audiences, ensuring each presentation supports the intended message and business objective. Translate complex business ideas into clear, impactful visuals through layout, hierarchy, typography, imagery, vector illustrations, infographics, animations, and data-driven graphs. Create new slides, edit existing materials, format presentations, and apply consistent style and brand standards across all deliverables. Partner with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives, clarify messaging needs, and develop customized presentation solutions based on thorough briefings and collaborative problem-solving. Work closely with other creative team members across the Global Creative Team to provide design support and deliver excellence across every touchpoint. Promote and safeguard the Aon brand by maintaining high standards for distinctive communications and supporting brand understanding and activation. Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and effective time management. Work effectively under pressure, comfortably handling daily deadlines, unexpected situations, and last-minute changes on short notice. Review presentation materials for quality, consistency, brand alignment, layout accuracy, and visual impact before final delivery. Use advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe design tools to improve creative quality, production efficiency, and presentation impact. Apply AI production tools and emerging design capabilities where appropriate to enhance creative output and workflow scalability. Support translated and international audience needs by designing presentation materials that can be adapted clearly and effectively across markets. Help foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Strong proficiency in Adobe design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, and Adobe Express. Ability to express ideas graphically and translate complex messages into clear, compelling visual communication. Strong understanding of layout, design quality, brand consistency, presentation formatting, and visual storytelling principles. Experience with AI production tools and delivering content for translated or international audiences is a plus.
