Facility Operations & Maintenance Management: • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for equipment and building systems (electrical, mechanical, and HVAC) • Create and maintain a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and disruptions. • Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources required for maintenance activities. • Plan corrective maintenance tasks based on equipment inspections and reports. Break Down Maintenance: • Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. • Diagnose faults and determine repair solutions. • Conduct detailed investigations on repeated failures. • Maintain a history log of breakdowns and solutions applied. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. • Ensure timely servicing of critical equipment. • Maintain records of all breakdown incidents and repair work. Work Order & Documentation Management: • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. • Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Vendor Management: • To oversee and manage external vendors and suppliers. Sourcing, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and optimizing vendor relationships to align with business objectives based on company needs. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Ensure vendors meet company policies and compliance requirements. Budgeting & Cost Control • Track expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. • Propose capital expenditures for facility upgrades and improvements. • Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Asset & Space Management • To Maintain an accurate inventory of facility assets and equipment Optimize space utilization for operational efficiency. • Coordinate in workspace modifications, relocations, and renovations. Emergency Handling: • Lead emergency response efforts during incidents such as fire, accidents, equipment failure, or natural disasters • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards. • Coordinate with internal teams, first responders, and government agencies. • Plan and execute emergency drills (e.g., fire, evacuation, medical emergencies). • Train teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication. • Ensure proper functioning of backup power systems, fire suppression systems, and security infrastructure. Energy Conservation • Train teams on first aid, fire safety, and crisis communication. • Identify opportunities for reducing energy waste and improving operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and inefficiencies. • Recommend improvements to reduce costs and carbon
