Coordinated Business Office CBO 2434 Interstate Plaza Dr Hammond, Indiana 46324 The Director Revenue Cycle Systems facilitates revenue management system solutions. The position works with the revenue management executive team to select and create system workflows that meet the operational needs of business operations. This position supervises operational staff, prepares and forecasts budgets and strategic plans, oversees quality assurance programs and ensures regulatory compliance, and acts as a liaison between IT, business units, providers, and vendors. This position is integral to the business in any decisions that may be impacted by technology.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Facilitate revenue management system solutions by working with the revenue management executive team, to select and create system workflows that meet the operational needs of business operations. Supervise coworkers, and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage, and drive a high performing team. Develop and manage departmental budgets, including making budget allocations, approving expenditures, and ensuring expenses are within budget. Make decisions for direct reports in one or multiple departments, and performs people management activities, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, and interviews. Lead projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and scope; develops project plans including development of project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Assist a specific client with understanding and documenting the benefits of solutions in a specific business area. Assist clients with standardization efforts or identification of business solutions best practice alternatives. Organize and conducts user groups to keep the user community informed of the latest happenings with applications, as well as share best practices and ways to use systems to meet business needs. Perform and report the gaps between processes, procedures, and system functionality between Current State and Desired Future State Analysis. Prepare and present formal reports and recommendations for customers on business solutions and options. Provide a client with business information and supporting material documentation to support a client’s ROI Analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field - Required Master's Degree Computer Science or related field - Preferred 7 years IT and business/healthcare industry work experience - Preferred TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 20% JOB RANGE: INCENTIVE:
