Senior Executive Assistant Berenson Cancer Center is one of the only outpatient medical clinics devoted exclusively to multiple myeloma cancer treatment and research. To thrive/succeed as the Senior Executive Assistant, you should have: 4 years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree Detail oriented with excellent proactive organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking abilities. Technical proficiency including MS Office Suite and other organizational tools. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Energy and initiative to assist in improving and streamlining processes. Your responsibilities as the Senior Executive Assistant will include: Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including calls, onsite meetings, lectures, and professional engagements. Coordinate CEO and family travel, personal financial logistics, expense reporting, bill payments, and loan documentation. Coordinate pharmaceutical/biotech lunches, donor communications, charitable contributions, and donation acknowledgments. Plan and support nonprofit and fundraising events, including vendor coordination, invitations, virtual meetings, event logistics, and day-of operations. Maintain and organize scientific, medical, research, personal, and business records; prepare meeting minutes and process research paper submissions. Support internal staff across four companies and coordinate cross-company system integrations, responsibilities, deliverables, and deadlines. Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline projects and processes while managing miscellaneous executive and operational priorities as needed.
