What Makes This Role Great: You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, directly empowering construction professionals to succeed by resolving complex ERP software challenges while contributing to continuous product and service innovation. Key Exciting Responsibilities: Resolve complex customer software issues and provide expert technical guidance for the Spectrum ERP suite. Create comprehensive Knowledge Base articles to document troubleshooting solutions and empower customers and team members. Utilize advanced problem-solving techniques and Salesforce tracking to maintain high-quality customer success. Leverage emerging AI capabilities and modern technical tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Essential Skills & Experience: Degree in business, accounting, construction management, or equivalent practical experience. Strong knowledge of general business, accounting, and HR fundamentals. Proven expertise in troubleshooting software systems and translating complex technical concepts clearly. Demonstrated experience using MS Office or Google Workspace applications. Bonus Points For: Hands-on experience in construction or construction accounting. Prior exposure to SQL or ERP platforms, especially Spectrum. A reputation as the go-to technical problem solver in your current or past teams.
