Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin Program Planning and Documentation (PP&D) at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) is hiring a Team Lead position to support the Documentation Library. In this role you, The Documentation Library Team Lead is responsible for guiding a high‑performing documentation support team, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and timely delivery of all library assets. The incumbent will execute the duties as outlined, serve as the primary escalation point, and act as a decisive authority for task delegation, deadline setting, and conflict resolution.
The Team
Lead will assist with daily tasks including partnering with both Lockheed Martin and Government customers in preparation for, and incorporation of, changes, revisions, deviations, SWFPAC interim changes, and local changes to Ordnance Data (OD), Special Weapons Ordnance Publications (SWOPs), and other relevant documents. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. The executor of this role should also be prepared and able to work with various commercial documentation preparation machinery (e.g. shredders, page-counters, industrial hole punchers, laminators, etc.) and to complete tasks routinely requiring fine motor skills. The position is located in Silverdale, Washington and will usually require <10% travel. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office 5 years’ experience executing in a role with high customer or management visibility Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs and to complete tasks routinely requiring fine motor skills Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required. Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Previous experience in the Fleet Ballistic Missile program Previous experience administering cross-organizational controlled documentation Demonstrated ability to delegate, set priorities, and make decisive decisions under pressure. Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, enforce deadlines, and maintain accurate records Willing to take initiative to deliver results Proven track record of mediating conflicts or delivering effective resolutions Take ownership of your actions and be accountable for the results of your organization Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
