Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role Drive the automation and digitalization strategy for I/O library development Own and prioritize the technical backlog in an Agile setup, ensuring alignment with release and business objectives Define and evolve the automation architectur e for scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions Analyze cross-functional requirements and translate them into technical concepts and implementation plans Evaluate solution options and drive end-to-end implementation , including interface coordination Develop high-quality software tools for I/O library development and verification using modern programming and scripting languages Integrate new tools and methodologies into complex IC design system environments Ensure high standards of software quality (testing, CI/CD, documentation, maintainability) Support release readiness through structured planning and risk assessment Proactively identify improvement opportunities across own and adjacent domains Payment Scale: ERA EG12 Posting Date: 04.03.2026 Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineeri ng , Computer Science , or related field 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design automation, Analog design support , characterization , or CAD environments Programming expertise in Python ; Knowledge in Perl , Tcl , shell scripting Solid understanding of semiconductor technolog y and analog circuit development Experience with SPICE simulators and characterization environments Working knowledge of Liberty format and basic Verilog syntax Experience with EDA vendor tools and integration into IC design flows Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies Strong analytical and system-level thinking capabilities Ability to balance strategic roadmap thinking with hands-on technical execution Strong communication and coordination skills across interdisciplinary teams Leadership potential and readiness to grow into a technical lead role #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
