Provide technical support for high-speed optical communication test solutions used in optical transceivers, high-speed interfaces, servers, switches, and optical components.   Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored test solutions based on Keysight products and services.   Support test solution implementation, product demonstrations, customer training, and technical troubleshooting.   Integrate Keysight instruments and software into customer test environments to support R&D, validation, and production testing.   Collaborate with sales, R&D, and other teams to support customer projects and solution adoption.

Education: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Communications, Microelectronics, or a related field.   Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of high-speed optical communications, including 400G/800G/1.6T Ethernet, DWDM, coherent optics, high-speed interfaces, and standards such as OIF-CEI and IEEE 802.3.

Fresh Graduates: Strong technical fundamentals and relevant research, internship, or project experience are preferred.   Experienced Candidates: 5+ years of relevant experience in datacom, telecom, or the optical transceiver industry, preferably in R&D, validation, or testing.   Additional Skills: Test instrument programming or automation experience is a plus.   Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and English skills.   Travel: Willingness to travel 25%–50% of the time.     Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
