This role plays a critical role in managing end-to-end Non-US corporate tax compliance, supporting tax planning initiatives, and ensuring adherence to evolving international tax regulations. This position requires strong technical expertise in direct taxation, analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the organization’s tax position while maintaining compliance. In This Role, You Will:   Tax Compliance & Reporting Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in line with statutory deadlines. Support the closure of statutory financial statements by providing relevant tax-related inputs and reconciliations Assist in the preparation and review of tax audit reports and engage with accounting and tax auditors as required. Prepare withholding tax (WHT) workpapers and file applicable WHT returns. Support the preparation of detailed documentation and analysis for group financial reporting purposes. Maintain and update monthly cash tax trackers and assist in forecasting future tax liabilities. Coordinate and oversee tax compliance activities for Non-US jurisdictions, working closely with local teams and external advisors. Ensure consistency in tax processes and reporting across regions. Transfer Pricing Support transfer pricing compliance in line with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external advisors on benchmarking studies and reporting obligations Tax Research Advisory  Conduct in-depth research on domestic and international tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance. Monitor changes in tax legislation and evaluate their impact on the company’s tax position and reporting requirements. Assist in identifying tax planning opportunities and strategies to optimize the overall effective tax rate. Audit & Controversy Management Support tax audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and liaising with tax authorities. Assist in managing ongoing tax controversies, including assessments, appeals, and litigation matters, and coordinate with external consultants
