We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect Construction Supervision professional to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of construction supervision and architectural quality assurance on complex building projects. You will serve as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring that all construction activities align with architectural specifications, building codes, and project timelines. Your expertise and decisive leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence throughout project execution. Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify that construction work meets design standards and contractual requirements Manage and lead construction supervision teams, providing clear direction and technical guidance to ensure efficient project execution Review and analyze construction methodologies, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery and minimize delays Prepare detailed inspection reports, daily logs, and progress documentation for project stakeholders and management Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and construction challenges Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites Manage contract administration responsibilities, including change orders, claims, and warranty documentation Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and clients on a regular basis Implement corrective actions when deviations from specifications are identified and track resolution to completion Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation for compliance and future reference Qualifications Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction supervision and architectural project management Degree in the Architectural background Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to UAE projects Strong project management and scheduling expertise Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction supervision teams effectively Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality assurance processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards Previous project experience in
