Commercial Operations - Business Program Manager

The Commercial Operations team partners with sales teams, Microsoft partners and internal functions to turn complex customer requirements into compliant, executable commercial agreements. The team provides operational discipline, deal support and thought leadership on modern contracting platforms.    The Commercial Operations Lead is accountable for timely and compliant agreement execution across the Microsoft UK&I commercial business. The role combines operational excellence, commercial judgement, process improvement and stakeholder leadership, with a focus on simplifying how work gets done and embedding AI-enabled improvements where they add value.   Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle in partnership with UK Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, CELA and specialist sales teams.   Create and assure Customer Price Sheets and complex deal pricing workbooks so agreements can be executed efficiently and accurately.   Plan ahead for renewals activity and provide practical guidance on modern contracting platforms, including training and enablement for sales teams.   Define success criteria, collect performance metrics and use reporting and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.   Develop and implement recommendations that simplify operational processes, improve quality and reduce cycle time.   Lead and support the integration of AI-enabled ways of working into relevant operational processes.   Lead the operating rhythm during plan execution, ensuring clear communication, effective cadence and sharing of best practices across teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or related field and 4+ years' experience in programme management, business operations, commercial operations, process improvement, finance, deal support or related disciplines; or equivalent experience.    Experience driving operational excellence through process improvement, business transformation and adoption of new ways of working, including AI-enabled solutions.   Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment  Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 60,300.00 - € 102,600.00 per year.
