We're growing rapidly across the US by partnering with established law firms and transforming how they operate. Through these partnerships, Lawhive takes responsibility for the firm's back-office operations, bringing teams and processes onto our operating model while giving lawyers access to our AI-powered platform. This involves replacing legacy practice management systems, migrating data and workflows, and improving how firms operate day to day. As our first M&A Integration Lead, you'll own the end-to-end integration of new partner firms onto Lawhive, overseeing both operational integration and product migration. You'll work closely with our M&A Team as well as teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance and Operations to ensure each firm transitions smoothly, from initial planning through to successful go-live. But this role is about more than delivering individual integrations. We're looking for someone who has done this at scale before and can help us build a better way of doing it. You'll create the processes and playbooks that make every integration faster, smoother and more repeatable, using AI and automation to reduce manual work as we grow. You'll also spend time onsite with our partner firms, understanding how they operate and helping them successfully adopt our platform. Why This Role Matters You’re the first M&A Integration Lead at Lawhive. You’ll design how Lawhive brings new partner firms onto its platform and build the playbook every future integration runs on. You’ll play a critical role in our US expansion. The speed at which we grow depends on how effectively we bring new firms onto Lawhive. You’ll use AI and automation to make each integration faster, smoother and more scalable. You’ll shape the team. As we grow, we plan to build dedicated M&A Integration teams, and you’ll set the standard for how they operate. You’ll change how law firms work. Law is one of the oldest industries and is going through a radical shift which we’re driving. You’ll be at the forefront of this. Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations. You've owned complex business integrations, platform migrations or implementations end to end, often managing multiple projects simultaneously, and can demonstrate the results. Experience building scalable processes. You've developed or significantly improved migration playbooks, workflows or integration processes, making integrations faster, smoother and more repeatable. A track record of successful go-lives. You've delivered migrations on time, ensuring data accuracy, strong user adoption and minimal disruption to the business. Strong cross-functional project management. You're confident coordinating teams
