HR Shared Services (HR Central) is a dynamic and diverse team dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences across Asia. We serve as a centralized hub supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, compliance activities, and digital transformation initiatives. Our team partners closely with HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused HR services while driving continuous improvement through technology and innovation. About the role - you will:
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including document collection and new hire administration. Assist with employee records management and personnel file administration. Perform HR data validation and support HR system transactions. Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding activities. Prepare HR documents, reports, trackers, and operational metrics. Assist with compliance and audit-related documentation activities. Support HR knowledge management and process documentation updates. Participate in HR digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with regional HR Shared Services teams across Asia on operational initiatives. Provide administrative support for various HR programs and projects. About you:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow. Team player with strong customer service mindset. Interest in HR operations, digital transformation, AI, and process improvement. Your experience includes:
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or administrative work is a plus. Participation in campus projects, student organizations, or internships is advantageous. Familiarity with HR systems, AI tools, or automation technologies is beneficial but not required. Location:
Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where nearly 5,000 employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
