About The Role 
 We are looking for a dynamic and structured Student Assistant to support our Clinique Marketing Team. In this role, you will work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing Manager, and Product Manager across a broad range of marketing activities.   You will support the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities across the Nordic markets. You will assist with a variety of projects and gain hands-on experience within several areas of marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with different functions and contribute to the success of one of the world's leading prestige beauty brands. We expect you to work approximately 15-20 hours per week.   Your Key Responsibilities 
 Support the planning, execution and maintenance of marketing activities across Nordic markets and retailers Support and manage brand events for consumers and retailers Coordinate the production of POS materials and marketing assets Support the creation of retailer campaigns, newsletters and marketing materials Support field staff with materials related to in-store activities and events Create presentations, one-pagers and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate marketing activities and launches across Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Product Management Support the optimization of product pages and digital content across retailer platforms Support sales reporting, analysis and performance tracking in Excel Support the marketing team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks Your Qualifications 
 Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree programme with at least two years of studies remaining Strong Excel skills Effective planning and coordination skills Proactive and able to work independently Structured, detail-oriented and hands-on in your approach Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders Fluent in English, both written and spoken Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or InDesign is an advantage Your Personality 
 You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You are service-minded, have a positive can-do attitude, and take a hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.  What We Offer
