We are seeking a skilled hands-on Senior Software Engineer (Senior Salesforce Developer) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation - CAT IT Division . The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN office , Whitefield -KA What you will do Solar Turbines is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Lead Developer/Architect with 12+ years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, integrated with systems such as ERP, PLM, CPQ, Master Data Management, and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced Flows and customizations. Job Duties/Responsibilities will include: Partner with enterprise architects, application architects, and cross-functional teams to implement robust integrations using middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and other technologies. Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture, and development for assigned projects Define and implement data modeling strategies in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, normalization, and alignment with business needs. Establish and execute best practices for data migration, data mapping, and data transformation between systems. Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to understand business process and integration requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and high-performing technical designs leveraging the Salesforce platform. Provides hands-on leadership in developing and deploying integrated Salesforce solutions, with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Advanced Flows, customizations, and SOAP/REST web services. Drive best practices for Salesforce coding, integration, release management, DevOps, and CI/CD processes. Mentor and guide the development team to adhere to coding standards and best practice. Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and adherence to established design patterns.   Proactively address technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
