As a member of AWS AFX - Planning Tools team, you will shape the AWS business's direction as a whole. You will contribute to defining and building the next go-to-market (GTM) platform for the AWS Sales organization. In addition to working on the latest Salesforce technologies, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate in the space of Sales Planning and Management. You’ll be chartered with creating and operating applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field, and with embedding operational knowledge and encoding best practices into everything we do. The right candidate will have a robust system delivery background, well-rounded technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience working on large scale projects. The candidate must be customer-obsessed, have strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive on solving challenging business problems. The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with multiple teams. You will design and build scalable platforms that enable AWS to sell new products and services with the necessary speed to market. Our team manages a portfolio of complex, high-impact, and intelligent planning tools, with an exciting multi-year product roadmap. These are global, enterprise-level that include both first-party and third-party products. Our team is seeking a talented, innovative Sr. Technical Program Manager with exceptional invent and simplify skillset, problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, think big mindset, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into inventive software solutions. This role offers a challenging and highly visible position responsible for managing multiple projects and driving results across teams. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, working with leadership to develop a vision, executing projects, and delivering on our goals.
