The Food and Beverage Attendant provide exceptional service across a variety of food and beverage operations including in-room dining, lobby lounge and breakfast service. This versatile role requires a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively to ensure a top-notch experience for all guests.

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.

Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

An up-to-date Victorian RSA

Relevant experience in a similar role

Barista skills highly regarded

Basic wine knowledge highly regarded

Ability to prepare essential cocktails

Working rights in Australia

Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest

Enthusiastic to escalate your career
