This role ensures cost-effective procurement practices, vendor performance optimization, and compliance with organizational policies while supporting operational excellence across the facilities portfolio.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing Develop and implement procurement strategies for IFM services, minor repair and maintenance projects, and supply vendors that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. Lead competitive bidding processes, RFP/RFQ development, and vendor selection to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and service delivery. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing structures, and performance guarantees. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify emerging suppliers, innovative solutions, and industry best practices. Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Procurement Manage procurement activities for comprehensive IFM services including janitorial, security, landscaping, waste management, and other soft services. Collaborate with facilities operations teams to define service requirements, performance metrics, and quality standards. Evaluate and select IFM providers capable of delivering integrated, multi-service solutions across diverse property portfolios. Monitor IFM contract performance and lead quarterly business reviews with service providers to drive continuous improvement. Minor Repair & Maintenance Projects Oversee procurement for minor capital projects, tenant improvements, and building maintenance initiatives under established thresholds. Build and maintain a qualified network of contractors, tradespeople, and specialty service providers for rapid deployment. Establish pre-negotiated rates and terms with preferred vendors to expedite project execution and control costs. Coordinate with property management and engineering teams to ensure timely procurement support for urgent repair needs. Supply Vendor Management Source and manage relationships with suppliers of facilities consumables, maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials. Implement inventory optimization strategies and establish just-in-time delivery protocols to minimize carrying costs. Negotiate volume purchase agreements and master supply contracts to leverage organizational buying power. Evaluate vendor performance on delivery reliability, product quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer service. Vendor Relationship & Performance Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers as strategic business partners. Establish vendor performance scorecards and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure SLA compliance. Address vendor performance issues promptly and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Foster collaborative vendor relationships that drive innovation, value engineering, and continuous service improvement. Contract Administration & Compliance Draft, review, and administer procurement contracts ensuring alignment with legal, financial, and operational requirements. Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, renewal calendars, and
