Responsible for measuring production parts and validate quality of product. Perform measurements on Pre-Production samples for PPAP qualification Test production parts for registration using the Magna-Mike Keep the databases for test data up to date and organized Perform melt flow testing and review documentation for resin release Perform visual inspection of seal surfaces using magnification Analyze results from test data and report out of specification trends, observations and results to the appropriate parties. Perform other related duties as delegated by supervision.

Proficient with Microsoft Office/Suite  Working knowledge of PCDMIS or alternate programming software Working knowledge of JMP or alternate statistical software Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Project Management Proficient Report Writing
