Role & Responsibilities Join Raytheon UK’s Information Technology team as an IT Project Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex and business-critical technology projects. Working alongside a team of experienced project managers, you will manage projects from initiation through to completion, driving business transformation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. This role requires a proactive and collaborative professional who can work autonomously, manage stakeholders effectively, anticipate challenges, and deliver results within dynamic project environments. Ideal candidates will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multiple IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project plans, managing resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, and project governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing risks, issues, and scope changes. Produce clear project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates.
