We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support supply chain operations, data governance initiatives, and cross-functional project execution. In this role, you will partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes, manage operational activities, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, process flows, policies, roles, responsibilities, and business validation rules related to supply chain data. Manage end-to-end Purchase Order operations within SAP, ensuring accurate processing and receipt tracking. Support the establishment and maintenance of standards, policies, processes, and procedures. Coordinate process improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates and maintain proactive communication with customers and business partners. Prepare metrics reporting, manage escalations, and conduct root cause analysis for operational and data-related issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align priorities, identify risks, and support decision-making. Manage defect tracking activities, assign open issues to appropriate stakeholders, and follow through to resolution. Define project milestones and monitor progress against established timelines. Support development teams by resolving blockers and escalating risks when necessary. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements. Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and report testing outcomes. Train end users and stakeholders on system functionalities, operational processes, and enhancements. Analyze large inventory datasets using Google Sheets and visualization tools to support data-driven decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational escalations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, or New Product Introduction. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management. Advanced English Preferred Qualifications Experience managing manufacturing, operations, systems, or data-related projects. Strong knowledge of SAP, including Purchase Order lifecycle management and inventory tracking. Advanced Google Sheets skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Consulting experience is preferred. Experience developing and implementing analytical solutions. Professional Skills Strong project coordination and execution capabilities. Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements
