Ford is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager to lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain resilience initiatives across our global value chain. This critical role is responsible for driving strategies that strengthen the structural integrity, continuity, and adaptability of Ford's supply network, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of components and materials that support vehicle production. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional workstreams spanning all major vehicle systems, including Electrical, Exterior, Interior, Powertrain, and Chassis, while partnering with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Supplier Technical Assistance teams. This role offers exceptional visibility, including regular executive-level reviews and presentations to the Vice President of Supply Chain and other senior leadership stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, strong program management capabilities, and executive communication skills to drive transformational initiatives that improve Ford's resilience against supply disruptions, geopolitical risks, capacity constraints, financial instability, and other emerging threats.
