Procurement Operations Analyst, Buy-Sell Procurement Description - Job Summary This role supports end-to-end operational activities to ensure smooth product movement and accurate data flow. The position works with original design manufacturers (ODMs), factory partners, and internal teams to coordinate daily tasks, monitor process updates, and resolve issues in a timely manner with global cross-functional teams. You will also identify process gaps and contribute to automation, onboarding, and supply chain improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and partner experience.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage procurement processes within the ERP systems. Perform procurement data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor system signals, data transmissions, process updates, and operational exceptions involving internal (Including Information Technology, shared service teams, finance, logistics…etc.) and external partners to resolve any operational issues and initiate corrective actions when required. Solve complex and high-impact production issues by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive timely solutions and recovery. Understand end-to-end business processes, analyze gaps, and recommend solutions for improvement. Analyze operational data and end-to-end business processes to identify risks, gaps, root causes, and opportunities for process or automation improvements.
Education & Experience
Recommended College degree or equivalent, with 1-2 years of work experience after graduation. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, including speaking, writing, and presenting. Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve. Ability to work independently to solve issues while maintaining a strong team collaboration. Microsoft office tool skill is required, including but not limited to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with automation and data tools such as VBA, RPA, Python, or SQL is a plus.
