Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation. What You Will Do: • Assisting in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times. • Identifying opportunities for improvements including cost, quality, and service of customer needs and issues. • Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date. • Generating and analyzing reports of transportation costs and carrier performance. Planning and tracking lead times including compliance with related regulations.
