About the Role  Kyndryl is actively expanding its global Complex   Program  Manager organization and is seeking experienced leaders who can drive large-scale, mission-critical technology transformation programs.  This is not a traditional project management role , and “Complex” is not about project size. It represents the ability to successfully lead programs involving executive stakeholders, global delivery organizations, multiple vendors, diverse technology domains, and significant business and commercial complexity. We are seeking leaders who can navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, orchestrate global delivery organizations, and drive transformational outcomes in some of the most complex technology environments in the industry.
