Position overview: The Analyst / Foreign Trade will be responsible for the technical and operational management of import and export processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations, efficiency in international operations, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Conduct and monitor end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring document accuracy and regulatory compliance. Plan, monitor, and optimize international logistics flows, ensuring on‑time execution, shipment integrity, and cost efficiency. Interface with freight forwarders, customs brokers, overseas suppliers, international customers, and government authorities. Ensure adherence to standards and procedures related to tariff classification, special customs regimes, Incoterms, Siscomex, and customs legislation. Prepare analytical and executive reports, ensuring data accuracy to support decision‑making. Develop and manage the department’s KPIs (OTIF, cost per process, and others). Develop and manage service level agreements with suppliers, stakeholders, customs brokers, and others. Perform internal audits and contribute to strengthening internal controls and compliance. Participate in corporate initiatives aimed at standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of foreign trade processes. Provide technical support to related areas such as Tax, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Planning. Create dashboards to monitor operations and costs.
Required Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience in import, export, and customs legislation. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classification, special customs regimes, and Siscomex Import/Export. Intermediate English Advanced Spanish (written and spoken) Advanced Excel BI strong knowledge

Location: São José dos Campos/SP Hybrid on-site work environment: Preferably, the work model is hybrid. Based in São José dos Campos/SP, this position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
