Job Description
Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Bilingual Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. Reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, the Instructional Designer is responsible for consulting with the business to analyze learning and performance needs, and for designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of targeted, engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. This role works collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in both English and French to build learning solutions that support performance, capability development, and business outcomes across our internal client groups. Accountabilities: Partner with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and SMEs across the organization to conduct learning and performance needs analysis, define learning objectives, and recommend appropriate learning solutions Lead instructional design projects from intake and analysis through design, development, evaluation, and handover, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs Recommend the most appropriate learning strategy and delivery methods (e.g., instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning, blended, job aids, performance support) based on target audience, context, and objectives Plan, design, and develop high‑quality learning solutions that support both business and professional development needs in English and
