Talent Solutions Cross Functional AI Product Owner   Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.    The opportunity   We're looking for a Talent Product Owner – AI x Functional to help shape the future of how Talent technology and AI enhance the future of employee experience across a global organisation. This is a newly focused role created to connect and align AI-driven initiatives across Talent systems, Enterprise platforms, and supporting functions. As AI capabilities continue to evolve, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring solutions work together seamlessly, deliver a consistent employee experience, and support a unified Talent ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business transformation, partnering with stakeholders across Talent and Enterprise Technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and drive successful outcomes.   Your key responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Talent technology capabilities. Connect AI-related initiatives across Talent and Enterprise functions to create a joined-up employee experience. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve Talent processes and outcomes. Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs. Drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Talent products and services. Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and change adoption.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong product ownership or product management experience within complex enterprise environments. Ability to connect strategy, business needs, data, technology, and user experience into practical solutions. Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities in enterprise settings. Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.

Ideally, you’ll also

Have experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Adobe. Understand Talent, HR, and employee experience technologies and processes. Bring experience working in global transformation or large-scale technology programmes.
