Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of business continuity and crisis management documentation, including playbooks and recovery plans. Support the coordination and execution of tabletop exercises and scenario-based testing. Help conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and Important Business Services mapping. Participate in data collection and reporting activities for resilience programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support mitigation strategies. Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for senior stakeholders. Maintain SharePoint sites and assist with document organization and version control. Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Interest in business continuity, or operational resilience.   Preferred Attributes: Curious and proactive learner with a problem-solving attitude. Comfortable working with diverse teams across regions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
