Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving execution across multiple teams. In this role, you’ll coordinate projects end-to-end, help keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning to launch, and take part in the hands-on configuration and management of production flows.

Lead cross‐functional projects across Product, R\\&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams, while identifying risks and removing execution blockers. Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and a/b tests setup. Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear tracking of results. Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates to support informed decision-making and effective communication.

B.Sc in Industrial Engineering \\& Management or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and relationship-building across teams. Fluent English is required. Technical orientation, including familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows. You might also have Familiarity with the AdTech industry. Familiarity with the Android environment. Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.

Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
