Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: What makes this role attractive is the opportunity to take ownership, grow your leadership skills, and make a real impact every day. Where you come in: You will follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and EHS requirements. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, infrastructure, and facility equipment. You will conduct routine inspections and daily walkthroughs to identify safety risks, defects, and maintenance issues. You will coordinate with internal teams and contractors to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. You will create, update, and maintain work orders, maintenance records, reports, and documentation in IBM Maximo, Smartsheet or other maintenance management systems. You will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring building systems, including automatic doors, shutters, lifts, escalators, and dock levelers. You will prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Request for Quotation (RFQ), purchase requests, and procurement documentation for maintenance-related services and materials. You will support facility improvement initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and root cause analysis to enhance operational performance and reliability. You will maintain good housekeeping standards and collaborate with Facilities Operations, Soft Services, and key stakeholders to support daily site operations. You will provide timely updates on maintenance activities, issues, and project progress to management and perform additional duties as assigned. What makes you successful: You must have Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance will have an added advantage. You have basic knowledge of building systems, facilities maintenance practices, and workplace operations. You possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve facility-related issues effectively. You are able to work independently
