As a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) , you will lead an established team of TPMs to drive execution across multi-year technology roadmaps, large-scale integration strategies, and complex application convergence efforts. This is an executive technical leadership role for an operator who excels at navigating complex enterprise matrixes, influencing engineering and business leaders, and relentlessly getting stuff done . You will simplify intricate architectural trade-offs, align cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science, and elevate the performance of an existing TPM practice to accelerate delivery for Capital One customers.

Drive Execution on Complex Technical Initiatives ("Get Stuff Done") Execute High-Stakes Programs: Take ownership of complex, multi-workstream technical initiatives—including legacy application convergence, AWS cloud architecture updates, and enterprise data migration efforts. Unblock Delivery Teams: Roll up your sleeves to diagnose delivery bottlenecks, resolve architectural dependencies, and keep engineering teams moving at high velocity. Relentless Accountability: Establish clear execution baselines, enforce rigorous follow-through across multi-team releases, and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment. 2.
