What this job involves: As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll serve as the orchestrator of complex construction and development projects from inception through completion, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and organizational standards. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their vision into actionable plans while managing the intricate dance of schedules, budgets, quality benchmarks, and stakeholder coordination. This role demands a strategic mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail as you guide cross-functional teams through design phases, construction milestones, and final delivery. What your day-to-day will look like: Manage end-to-end project execution including scope definition, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality assurance while serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, seamless communication, and collaborative problem-solving Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget tracking systems, and risk registers to proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery Review and process contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and payment applications to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely approvals Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to quality control standards, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations and protocols Facilitate project meetings including design reviews, construction coordination sessions, and client status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project phases Prepare comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports that provide clear visibility into project health, milestone achievement, and any emerging risks or opportunities Maintain organized project files including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and closeout documentation to ensure audit readiness and support effective knowledge transfer Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects from initiation through closeout Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, budget control, and schedule management Proficiency with project management software platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or equivalent tools Strong understanding of construction documents, building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships and facilitate stakeholder alignment PMP, CCM, or LEED AP certification preferred but not required
