The role requires envisioning innovative solutions to enhance quality assurance processes while guiding teams through strategic quality engineering initiatives. This position focuses on creating robust architectures that ensure the reliability and performance of software products, fostering collaboration across various stakeholders to align testing strategies with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing processes and methodologies. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments. - Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security best practices. - Ability to design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP HANA databases. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation scripts to maintain database health and optimize operations.
